finally back from hibernation.been busy with sch and cny for the past month.
been a busy busy month, lots of gathering, and great food.
today mark the last day of cny, spent the day at Tanah Merah Country Club with fam, then had another aunt over for dinner.
exams have only just ended, saying that i din really enjoy cny is an understatement.
nonetheless, i got through that torturous period, mugging during the new year, fretting about not being able to finish studying while visiting. it was way terrible. hopefully, i would never have to spent my new year in such a dreadful fashion.
celebrated the last day of exams at Eric's place, with 12 others.
so it would have been hell lot of fun if i wasnt down with flu, cough and fever. but too bad, guess that my immune sys took a beating during the exams period, with all those mugging into the night.
just glad that it din happen during the exams period.
on a lighter note, its finally the hols, with lotsa time on my hands to spare.
time to catch up with my girlies and besties.
not to mention, him. haven been spending much time with him.and to get all hyped up and excited about the Bangkok Trip! woohoo.
it was like the main motivation force during the exams for all of us.
staying back in sch after papers to discuss the details, booking the filght.
a huge group of 14. plus some other friends that are taking the same flight with us, but going in different direction. its going to be hell on the plane, and all those shoppings, and late nights. i cant wait.
simply cant wait.
9th march!talking about hols, argh.
parents dearest are leaving tml for phillippines for a week holiday, with their friends.
once again, i'm not going.
then i just found out today, that they have booked another trip to taiwan mid june with my dad's colleagues.
also without me.
argh. i'm upset. i wanna go too! no faiR!
i have been a real good girl. really.fine.
i shall look forward to my bkk trip then. haas.
poor me.for now, i am just going to enjoy slackking my bums off.

seriously understaffed, but the staff were pleasent despite their circumstances.
only complaint was that, i was kept waiting for the dumplings for the whole evening.
that being my last dish, reminded them 4 times for it.

but once the fireworks started, he was singing another tune.

24th december 2005spent christmas eve with dear.

KingKong midnight show.
i think its a great show.
i teared.ok. i'm emotional, so that might not really mean much, but its a show that ought to be watched.
i hate the natives in the show though, they looked scary, with piercings everywhere.
and during the sacrifical ritual, their eyes rolled back like they were possessed.
king kong just feels like a big fat baby.
love the part where he slides and sloshes around on the ice.
feels romantic.

i want to get a King Kong key chain or something~!
cabbed down to pasir ris after the show.
walked a little then settled down.
its seldom that theres so many ppl there in the middle of the night.
groups of ppl singing and chatting, lotsa tents all around.
started to rain at 5+.

the rain went on, and it was freaking cold.
rain plus sea breeze.kinda reminded us of the time when the grp walked from chalet @ safra tanah merah to changi at an ungodly hr. good fun.
anyway, decided to brave the rain to get to the busstop.
stupid bus, took like freaking long to come.
there was this family at the bus stop.
to shelter the family from the wind, the dad bravely stood on the chair and the rest of the family stood behinh him.
sweet? yes. but the thing was that they had 2 umbrellas that they could have used to shelter themselves.

scooted off to aunts place for christmas gathering.
cousin Suresh finally back from Hawaii!
lotsa yummy delicious food. i love turkey and ham! and log cake.
somehow, not sure since when, it started to feel like chinese new year, played cards and ate some pineapple tarts and love letters that were meant for Tinesh to bring back to UK.

it has been some time since all the cousins are back.
though now Suresh is back, there are still many missisng.
said it once, am still going to say it.
i cant wait for all the cousins to be back home.
Tinesh is flying back to UK tonight.
